We're hiring a Natural Language Processing Engineer to help us automate our candidate review and matching processes. It's a big undertaking involving resume parsing, data classification, semantic job/candidate matching, and more. This hire will play a key role in shaping the direction of the company.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computational Linguists, Machine Learning, or NLP.
- Industry (or deep research) experience.
- Experience with a scripting language (Python preferred) and shell scripts.
- Good communicator, self-motivated, startup experience a plus.
- Excited to do whatever it takes to make Underdog.io great.
