The next generation of these kind of tools might be something with a GUI, like WEKA or Rapidminer but in the cloud. where you get all the boring standard stuff(load files, split data etc.) in a quick way, where you don't have to remember all the syntax for the different functions. and then you can go crazy with scripts for all the fun stuff :)
