Ufora is setting out to build the next revolution in data science platforms. Imagine working in a flexible environment like you do today, and seamlessly scaling your workload from 1 machine to 20, allowing you to work with 100GB of data the same way you would with just 100 rows.
We're solving some of the hardest problems in computer science, and need your help to do it:
SEEKING C++ Engineer: - 3 or more years of professional C++ software development experience.
- Experience working independently within large and complex code bases.
- Strong command of modern C++, STL, and Boost.
- Ease with multithreaded programming: locks, memory barriers, atomic operations, etc.
- PREF: Background in parallel architectures, highly scalable distributed systems, etc.
- PREF: Familiarity with Python and functional languages such as OCaml, Haskell, Scala, etc.
SEEKING a Lead Front-End Engineer: - Familiar with mainstream JavaScript libraries
- Experience with a (relatively) modern front-end toolchain: grunt, bower, etc.
- Experience with visualization libraries like d3.js a plus.
- PREF: Experience with Angular.js, node.js, jQuery, etc.
- PREF: Interested in Data Visualization
