We use PyCharm at my work - I mainly use it for Flask development.
At this stage I'm not convinced by the IPython Notebook integration - I enjoy being able to open notebooks in PyCharm but there are still a few too many annoyances to make me switch from IPython programming in the browser into PyCharm.
That being said, it is a great step forward for PyCharm and I would recommend the tool 100%
