So what is it? The new or the next? They're not the same words and implies different thing.
Maybe it's a click bait title.

Then what is this famous statistical learning book from stanford such as element of statistical learning and introduction to statistical learning is about?
Data mining is usually a statistical course and you're taught SVM, boosting, cv, bagging, random forest.
